After in-depth communication regarding product performance, technical parameters, and after-sales service, the customer officially ordered two SD60 heavy-duty bulldozers, laying a new foundation for deepening cooperation in the Russian mining and construction machinery market.

⚙️ While inquiring about the SD60 bulldozer, the Russian customer also learned in detail about the high-quality SD46 Standard Bulldozer (SD46-6 Crawler Bulldozer) in our product lineup. The SD46 adopts PPC pilot proportional valve-controlled working devices and K-suspension floating travel systems, equipped with a global intelligent service system, as well as rollover and falling object protection devices. With advanced structure, strong adaptability to working conditions, and high work efficiency.

🚜 The working weight of the SD46 Standard Bulldozer is 54,000 KG, with a blade capacity of 16m³. The power adopts a Cummins KTA19-C525 turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 340kw/2000rpm. The cylinder block and cylinder head are integrated in design, effectively avoiding water and oil leakage. The number of parts is reduced by 25% compared to similar products, greatly reducing the failure rate and maintenance costs.

🔧 In terms of transmission and hydraulic systems, the SD46 is equipped with a high-reliability power shift transmission and a planetary structure final drive, which can automatically adjust torque according to external load changes, featuring excellent fuel economy. The hydraulic system uses a new structure cylinder; key seals and hydraulic hoses are imported products, ensuring a longer service life and higher reliability. The external working valve also makes maintenance more convenient.
